Draft high security key amaestration applied to a set of high-standing housing in Barcelona (Bon Sauç area). The aim was to optimize access management during all phases of the project, from construction to the delivery of housing, ensuring comfort and maximum security for both promoters and future owners.

Applied solutions

• Key system with Dormakaba security cylinders.

• Incorporation of work function, which allows to manage the whole promotion with a single master key, controlling access during the construction phase.

• Final configuration of single keys per house, maintaining traceability and total control over who access each area.

• Simplification of maintenance and delivery, eliminating duplicates and possible key losses during the work.
